Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return/exchange, by sending an email to info@coralbay.pt. After this 15-day period, we do not accept returns/exchanges.
Portugal (Mainland and Islands):
- For exchanges (another size/product), we cover the shipping cost of the first exchange; subsequent exchanges cost €5, payable at the time of the exchange request. To request an exchange, send an email to info@coralbay.pt.
- Returns cost €5, deducted from the refund amount.
We offer easy returns: simply place the product in its original packaging, affix the return label, and drop it off at any CTT post office, or request home collection. - The refund is processed as soon as we receive the item; however, if the product shows signs of use, stains, tears, or other damage, the return will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer, without a refund.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
