Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return/exchange the item from the date you receive the product.

 

• For exchanges (different size/product), we cover the shipping cost of the first exchange; further exchanges cost 5€, payable when you place the exchange request. To request an exchange, email info@coralbay.pt.
• Returns have a cost of 5€ deducted from the refund amount. We offer easy returns: just place the product in its original packaging, attach the return label and drop it off at any CTT store, or request a home pickup.
• The refund is issued as soon as we receive the item; however, if the product shows signs of use / stains / tears / any other damage, the return will not be accepted, the product will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be given.

For returns/exchanges outside Portugal, the cost is 15€ deducted from the refund amount, or payable when you place the exchange request; please request this by email at info@coralbay.pt.
