Refund policy
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return/exchange it from the date you receive your product.
- For exchanges (another size/product) we offer the first exchange shipping cost, next exchanges will have a cost of 5€ paid at the moment of the exchange request. To request an exchange please send an email to info@saltandsand.pt.
- Returns have a cost of 5€ deducted from the amount to be refunded.
We offer easy-return, just put your product back in the original package, add the return label and send it by any CTT post office or request the pickup at your place. - The refund will be made as soon as we receive the item, however if the product shows signs of use / stains / tears / other type of damage, the return will not be accepted, the product will be returned to the customer and no cost will be refunded.
